Observing fight/flight/freeze, within. When you recognize your reactions and learn to work with them. Knowing when to move forward with a plan or when to retreat within and rest. Your body is telling you to sit quietly and listen. When you are in a reactive state, pause and listen to why you feel that way does it belong to you or an outside influence. When you choose to respond, respond from your own beliefs not those of others. Be responsible for your actions toward your reaction. Only you control you.
