The Journey of Personal Growth

In this lesson, I want to explore how our energy bodies mature and prepare for their roles. This journey is essential for personal growth and transformation. Here are the stages of development for our energy bodies:

  1. Physical Body: Up to 9 months physically; a 7-year process spiritually.

  2. Etheric Body: Birth to 7 years.

  3. Emotional Body: Age 7 – 14 years.

  4. Mental Body: Age 14 – 21 years.

Within these bodies, we have energy centres known as chakras. We’ve discussed these before, but let’s recap. There are 12 positive chakras and 10 negative ones. These centres are energized by 12 planets in our solar system. Our star sign influences the energy grid patterns. Chakras act as transformers, allowing universal energy to energize our bodies without overwhelming us. It’s a powerful force, and we must attune ourselves to it gradually.

The Energy Centres Within Our Bodies

Let’s look at where these energy centres reside within our bodies:

  • The Physical Body contains all the negative chakras and the 7th positive chakra.

  • The Etheric Body holds chakras 1-6 and the 8th chakra.

  • The Emotional Body has the 9th chakra.

  • The Mental Body has the 10th chakra.

  • The Causal Body contains the 11th chakra.

  • The I AM Body houses the 12th chakra.

To perfect the human body, we must align the four lower bodies. Each body has a perforated pattern, similar to a sieve. As the 7 chakras open and activate, our body fills with light and energy. However, we can only transmit this energy weakly because the grid patterns of the bodies do not align, breaking up the light. This light is transmitted to others as energy and healing.

Aligning Our Bodies for Transformation

To align our bodies and allow energies to flow freely, we must learn to balance the negative and positive energies within ourselves. This balance creates the power to activate the Christ energy within us, waiting to be released.

Forgiving and letting go is crucial. We need to rid ourselves of emotional blocks and old memories of hurt. In essence, we must let go of the emotional baggage we've carried for years.

The first six chakras can open without our awareness, simply through right thinking and living. However, the remaining chakras require conscious development and energy. Once the four lower bodies are balanced, we can reach the level of the 10th chakra opening.

As the crown chakra of each invisible body activates, we bring this body into our physical form. When all four lower bodies align, and the 10th chakra opens, the 5th body descends automatically. This body is unique; it contains no chakras and is pure Christ Energy. At this point, our physical body vibrates at a level that can withstand this second burst of Christ Energy, the first occurring when the 9th chakra opened.

The Physical Sensations of Transformation

During this process, your emotions, mental thinking, and awareness will be tested. It’s not easy, but the effort is worthwhile. You will experience physical sensations as the body closes down the negative chakras, often resulting in strong pains in the groin, knees, arms, and feet. Those with a history of illness may experience a mini re-run of their symptoms for short periods.

This may sound traumatic, but understanding what’s happening removes the fear of physical illness. You’ll realize a wondrous transformation is underway.

The lymphatic system may work overtime to clear toxins, as it acts as the body's garbage disposal. Don’t be surprised if doctors find nothing wrong! At this stage, you’ll receive clear messages about your condition, eliminating the need for unnecessary medical visits.

At the end of each day, express gratitude by saying, “Thank you, God, for the wonderful changes taking place in my body,” even if you feel terrible.

The Challenge of Transformation

The hardest part is convincing unaware family members that you don’t need medical attention, despite how you appear. Weight gain may occur as you fill with the ‘water of life’—the Holy Spirit. This invisible substance may show physically. If you’re on a spiritual path and gain weight that won’t respond to diet, understand that this is temporary. When the transformation is complete, you will return to your ideal body weight.

The 6th body, the causal body, contains energies that allow the physical body to withstand the pure God Energy that fills it when the 7th body, the I AM, descends.

The opening of the 11th chakra comes from freely giving your time, energy, and knowledge for the betterment of others, without expecting anything in return. By now, you understand that God assists you, providing all you need to do this. The work becomes joyful, your energy is unlimited, and all fears are removed.

The Final Steps to Transformation

By the time the 12th chakra opens and the 7th body descends, your body will be filled with golden light. All healing you send out will be pure and strong. Initially, you may be amazed at the results, but soon you’ll realize this is natural, as you become an open conductor for energy from God to humanity.

Jesus, the man, was filled with Christ Energy. He knew he and the Father were one, using this knowledge confidently to perform ‘miracles.’ He came to show us that all people can achieve the same, and even more, if only we believe.

There is one final step to true perfection. The process I’ve described aligns the seven bodies, creating what is known as the Pyramid of Life. No pyramid can be activated until the capstone is placed to seal the energies within. This capping is a deeply personal event, experienced individually. When it happens, there will be no doubt in your mind about your capabilities and the work you must do.

The Seven Stages of Transformation

The story of Jesus in the Bible describes the seven stages that occur in the process of perfecting the body and overcoming death:

  1. “The Christ experiences the birth of life in the Temple that is not made with hands” (the body) – the moment of conception.

  2. “The Father is individualized in each and every one, thus manifesting the birth of Christ, the Eternal Son of God into earthly life” – our birth with the Christ Light within us.

  3. “The anointing is the consecration of life to God” – symbolized by baptism, our conscious dedication to God.

  4. “Then cometh the awakening of the Christ in the Temple that is made by God alone” – the opening of the 9th chakra, releasing the first wave of Christ Energy into our body.

  5. “Then comes the temptation. Temptation was in the world for Christ to overcome – I have overcome the world” – our ability to rise above all negativity.

  6. “The crucifixion means that everyone is crucified. All must pass through their own gates of Gethsemane, some pass through it one way, some another, thus you are purified through your experience” – this describes each person's personal lowest time, when they thought all was lost, realizing that only God can help. In recovering from this, we turn the experience into a positive one by using it to help others.

  7. “Then comes the resurrection, the resurrection of the soul out of this mortal body. THE CHRIST IS THE SPIRIT OF GOD MANIFESTING IN THE FLESH; THE ASCENSION IS THE TRUE RECOGNITION OF THIS REALITY, THE TRUE REALIZATION OF THE ETERNAL CHRIST.”

Now, we realize the true meaning of those words spoken by Jesus 2,000 years ago! It is not through Jesus, the man, that we come to God; it is through the Christ energy with which Jesus was filled.

J & J Eleventh Meditation

I know that I am pure spirit, deathless, birthless, changeless, and eternal. I am not body; I am not conscious Mind; I am not ego. I am a sense of Self only, consciousness, awareness, unadulterated being. The presence that animates all life is within me, is altogether the real me. I am using my body for a purpose, as an expression of an idea, and when the idea is fully expressed, through my work and my mission, I shall return again to unity with Universal Self, leaving body and ego behind. I do not confuse my body and my ego with what I truly am. My body is simply an instrument for my expression, and my ego is simply a memory of physical experience. Returning to infinity and unity, I shall need neither body nor ego. I am free of the domination of the ego. It is not my true self; it is simply an illusion necessary to finiteness and the perception of space and time. I turn away from ego, withdraw into the depths of my being to the immortal consciousness that lies within. Here in this magic centre, my word is law. I need only speak it with faith and conviction, and it will manifest in my life. I am calm and serene, sure and unfaltering, for my roots are in eternity. All the things of life shall change and pass away, but I shall never pass away, for wherever life is, I shall be, one with a Universal Subconscious Mind. I need not strive or strain to attain immortality, nor fear punishment, nor aspire for reward. The kingdom of heaven awaits all, the wise, the foolish, the sinner, and the saint, for we are all one in reality, clothed in different forms in this moment of incarnation. I do not fear death, for by it I attain the consciousness of higher self. Neither do I invite death, for it must wait until my work is done. I forsake the ego, perceive self in Self, see the majesty, the grandeur, the immortality of the power that dwells within.

Understanding the Cycles of Life

The Seven-Year Cycles

Birthdays mark significant periods in our lives, each lasting seven years. Here’s a breakdown of these cycles:

  • 1-7: Fundamentals of education and cultural development. A period of self-discovery.

  • 7-14: Certain physical changes take place.

  • 14-21: The psychic side of human nature develops, bringing a sense of responsibility.

  • 21-28: Emotional nature develops, awakening intuition and interest in arts and religion.

  • 28-35: Creative processes of the mind are most active, developing attunement with Cosmic Consciousness.

  • 35-42: A desire to explore and reveal great knowledge emerges.

  • 42-49: A desire for rest and meditation leads to new goals and ideas.

  • 49-56: A sharp mind but less physical prowess; more emphasis on spiritual being.

  • 56-63: Continuation of previous periods, accompanied by a mellowing of mental faculties.

  • 63 Onwards: Each period contributes to spiritual development and the weakening of the body.

How to Use the Charts

The ‘Cycles of Life’ shows seven-year cycles throughout life with associated changes. It has nothing to do with the second chart. The ‘Personal Chart’ helps you plot the seven periods within one year that govern your daily life.

For period 1, put your birth date (day and month) in the personal date column. For period 2, add 52 days and enter the date. Continue this process until you have the dates for all seven periods.

Reflect on major life events, such as marriage or moving. This will reveal whether you acted at a favorable time in your chart and explain the outcomes.

For future major events, refer to the chart to determine if it’s the right time to make a move. Timing is crucial, not just for you but for others involved.

Let’s stay in the now and let this all unfold for us bit by bit, with no fear in our hearts – knowing we will be guided every step of the way as we unite with those universal energies of love and light.

Bring down the white light and focus on God – constantly. That’s all you need to do!
